I have several years of "shopping around"
the Web, so, I felt that it would be a good idea to share the really fine merchants that I
have found. Everyone of them that I recommend have proven themselves to be honest, reliable
and give great customer service. I use them myself, and I recommend them highly.
There is so much "Witch-crap" information
out there, I felt it would be appreciated if someone who had actually studied the subjects
of Paganism, Wicca, alternative religions recommended books that had helped or were
meaningful in his studies. What you find below are titles that I have personally found
helpful. The links will take you directly to Amazon.com to order the highlighted title.
It is my opinion that the books listed here are deserving of being in everyone's (who is
seriously Pagan or Wiccan) library. If you have any books you feel deserve to be on this
list that I haven't listed, please e-mail me.
All of my (Masklyn Arathorn's) words appear in yellow on this page. I am totally
responsible for these comments. Professional reviews (who I may or may not agree with)
appear on the Amazon.com pages.
This is the book that I would recommend
for the
"first time seeker". One who has realized that they have Pagan leanings and feel
that they would benefit from additional teaching. A first time "primer" if you
will.
This is a great book to give to someone else. One
who cares for you but doesn't understand what this "Pagan / Wiccan thing" is
that you are into. Plain talk for your loved ones who have concern of you.
Here is Mr. Farrar's studied tome about what you do
and when, as far as the Witches Calendar is concerned. Chock full of ritual form and
classic worship.
